Due to the Telecommunications Act of 1996, the White Page listing process has become increasingly complex. YPIMA has worked in conjunction with several Publishers and CMRs in creating a new web-based training course to assist in alleviating confusion regarding general listing processes and to enhance an individual's knowledge in how listings become part of a published directory. |
